My children, Tess who was just and infant when we opened and her best friend and my son Coby who was born 10 years after we opened are now fully engaged in the business. I have been a part of Doug’s Fish Fry since 1993. In that time I have gone from washing dishes to learning everything from how to cut fish to cooking it. Eventually, I have worked my way to a managerial role. I met my wife while working at Doug’s Fish Fry and have been able to raise two wonderful girls. Both of my girls and an assortment of family members have all taken turns working with me, as well. I have been blessed to work for so long with so many family and friends.

Full-time manager on the Doug’s Fish Fry ToGo Trailer since 2010. I’m a father of three kids. Keegan, Phebee, and Denver. Hobbies include spending time with kids and family, watching football, cooking, gaming, and vacationing.

Full-time to-go truck manager and full-time dad. I take pride in the work I do and even more pride in my family. Seeing people happy with their meals and service received is very important to me as well as keeping a positive spirit. When I’m not at work you can find me spending time with my family, enjoying a video game from time to time and I can’t forget Football Sundays. I also firmly believe Halloween is the superior holiday.

Coby and I are a sibling duo who have been apart of Doug’s Fish Fry their whole lives. I graduated from Tompkins Community College with a degree is Hotel Restaurant Management and have been working as the Event Coordinator for the last twelve years. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, being outside, cooking and baking.
