Hi Mark,

I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed working with you for my fundraiser for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society last Friday. I was so excited at what a success it was. Most of that success came from the reputation of your business. Many of the people who I told about the event were already familiar with Doug' Fish Fry and couldn't wait to get it here in Binghamton instead of traveling to Cortland. Everyone who attended had nothing but good things to say about the food. One lady told me she didn't mind the wait because the food was so good. Another person said they were going to find out where you would be next week so they could go again!

I was impressed with your set-up, it is compact and seemed quite efficient. I have to confess, my husband has always been the one to get the fish when we have had it so I had never seen the trailer before.

You're a great person to work with, you have a great staff and you are doing a good thing with Doug's Fish Fry-to-Go. I hope it continues for a long time.

Chenango Forks High School "After Prom Party" held a fundraiser with Doug's Fish Fry in January 2010, which was a BIG SUCCESS!

It was an easy fundraiser to coordinate all we had to do was advertise when and where Doug's would be and they did the rest.

The "After Prom Party" would like to thank Mark and his staff for all of their cooperation and effort to help raise money for the kids.

I think that Doug's Fish Fry is fantastic! This year the Johnson City High School Ski Club was trying very hard to keep a tradition going. Every few years the club would take a trip to VT for a ski weekend. With transportation costs so high it looked impossible. All of our efforts seemed to get us nowhere. Until I contacted Mark Braun at Doug's Fish Fry. With Mark's help the club was able to reach it's fund raising goals over the course of two very cold Saturdays in January. The experience we had was great. The kids enjoyed themselves and the staff from Doug's was very professional. Those two Saturdays made our season!

On behalf of the JCHS Ski Club I would like to thank Mark and his staff for making our fund raising experience so enjoyable and successful.
