About Doug's ToGo! Mobile Operations

Doug's Fish Fry was established in 1982. Since then we have expanded our dining room and our menu. Now we offer Doug's Fish Fry ToGo! You can now get the same great food, high-quality, and friendly service that you receive at our restaurant for your next function or gathering. We have a refrigerated truck and concession trailer that we will use to prepare and cook your food to order at your event as you enjoy the day! We have a wide variety of items on our menu to choose from so you can customize your menu to your event. Feel free to call at anytime with any questions or to book your next event, fundraiser or function!

Doug's ToGo! is fully insured and is licensed to operate in Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Tompkins and Onondaga counties in New York state.

Our Employees are covered by worker's compensation, general liability, New York State Unemployment insurance and social security.

Doug's Fish Fry ToGo! Provides:

Self-contained power and water
10% to the sponsoring organization
Items are fried in peanut oil
Sales tax included on all menu items
Major credit cards accepted (AmericanExpress®, Discover®, MasterCard® and Visa®)
The same friendly service you receive at our restaurants
We specialize in Thursday, Friday or Saturday for our events. Other days of the week will be evaluated and considered.

What We Will Require:

A large, fairly level, parking lot with a minimum space for at least 35 vehicles.
An individual to secure the location.
An individual to advertise the event.
Space requirements for our 8-foot by 26-foot trailer:
- Needs to include a 5-foot wide primeter around the trailer.
Space requirements for our 8-foot by 18-foot refrigerated truck:
- Needs to include a 3-foot wide primeter around the truck.
